The work order system allows requesters to submit a variety of requests and report problems. The work order system spans across multiple service areas (AV, Business Services, ITS, and Facility Services). This benefits requesters in having a one-stop-shop to make requests and report problems. Requesters will be able to see the status and who is working on their requests. The system is web based so anywhere there is an Internet connection and an Internet browser the system can be accessed.
The work order system has a Submittal Password that must be provided in order to submit requests. THIS IS A GENERIC SYSTEM PASSWORD THAT IS THE SAME FOR ALL REQUESTERS.
You may obtain the password by calling the Helpdesk or from a fellow staff member.
Please give complete and detailed information in the request.
If the request is an emergency, please call the Helpdesk.
